The cabins are landside on Level 4 of Jewel, so you clear immigration, and in return the Rain Vortex, Jewel’s food halls and the Canopy Park are outside the door. It suits arriving travellers with an evening flight onward, or anyone whose layover doubles as a first look at Singapore.
